Prairie Weekly is an eight-page nostalgia newspaper written for residents who grew up in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Stories come from real newspapers of the 1950s through the 1970s. Type is large. Page 1 and page 3 carry the long stories. Page 5 is a puzzle (crossword or word search, alternating by week); answers are on page 8. Then & Now, jokes, and poetry fill the rest of the paper. Melisa Crandlemire, a former registered nurse, reviews every issue before it ships for content.
