Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Here is how to manage yours.
Billing, receipts, and payment method
Stripe emails a receipt to the address you used at checkout each month. The receipt includes a link to view your invoice and update your payment method securely with Stripe.
Change your delivery address or pack size
Email us with your facility name and the change you need. Address changes take effect with the next Friday shipment. Upgrading from a 20-pack to a 40-pack, or switching editions, is handled the same way.
Cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Email us and we will cancel before your next billing date, no questions asked.
